Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction - 1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of graphic design services (“Services”) by Lillie K Designs, LLC (“Designer”) to any client (“Client”). 1.2. By accepting a quote or making a payment of a deposit to the Designer, the Client agrees to these Terms. 2. Services - 2.1. The Designer agrees to provide graphic design services as described in the project proposal or invoice. 2.2. Any additional services not included in the initial project description will require a separate agreement and may incur additional charges. 3. Payment - 3.1. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before work begins. 3.2. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, prior to delivery of the final files. 3.3. Payments can be made via major credit card on my website or other terms agreed upon. 4. Revisions - 4.1. The number of revisions included in the project fee is specified in the project proposal. 4.2. Any additional revisions beyond what is specified will be billed at an hourly rate of $30.00 per hour. 5. Client Responsibilities - 5.1. The Client agrees to provide all content, information, and materials required for the Designer to complete the project. 5.2. The Client acknowledges that any delays in providing the necessary materials may result in a delay of project completion. 6. Intellectual Property - 6.1. The Designer retains ownership of all original artwork and design concepts created during the project. 6.2. Upon full payment, the Designer grants the Client a non-exclusive license to use the final designs for the intended purpose. 7. Limitation of Liability - 7.1. The Designer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the designs. 7.2. In no event will the Designer’s liability exceed the amount paid by the Client for the Services. 8. Indemnification - 8.1. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Designer against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from any breach of these Terms by the Client. 9. Termination - 9.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. 9.2. If the Client terminates the project after the work has commenced, the deposit will not be refunded and the Client will be liable for any additional costs incurred up to the point of termination. 9.3. The Designer reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Client is in breach of these Terms.
